Here's your chance to be notified of all new listings in Pinellas County (Belleair, Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Safety Harbor, St. Petersburg, Tarpon Springs and all beach areas), Pasco County (New Port Richey, etc), and Hillsborough County (Tampa and all surrounding cities) as a service I provide to assist you - absolutely FREE! Not only will you be notified by email of all new listings that match your search criteria within our website, but your home search will be entered into the MLS automated search system to check all homes for sale that meet your criteria.  To have your search entered in the MLS you must at least 1) specify at least one location and 2) enter both a bottom and top limit for price range under step 2 below. Important Tips:  1) If you change criteria by submitting a new search, delete the old search or you may be sent the same listings multiple times.  2) When choosing a location you'll first select a county.  The box next to the county will change from white to blue when you select it and then you'll be shown a list of cities in that county all with a blue box next to them.  If you choose cities you want from the list, the box will change from blue to white which will take them out of the list of cities for listings to send you.  What you need to do is select the county, then after the city list comes up click the box next to the county again so its box and all the city boxes turn white.  Then select the cities you want and they will then have blue boxes and the box next to the county will be half blue.  (It works the same way for choosing specific communities within a city.)
