3. Check comparable sales in the area to determine if the price is fair.
4. Help you determine the best price and terms to make sure you get it at the best price.
5. Educate you on all the steps that will occur from making an offer to the point of closing.
6. Prepare the paperwork for submitting the offer.
7. Negotiate the price and terms and keep you updated on the negotiations.
8. Schedule and supervise the inspections.
9. Work with your lender to make sure all their steps get done on time for closing.
10. Keep track of any steps you need to do so that they are done on time.
11. Keep you updated on everything that happens from contract to closing.
12. Do everything possible to make sure the closing happens on time.
You have enough to do when buying a house and planning for moving into it and don't need to have to worry about whether or not all the steps are being done. That is my job to help you with.
