A lot of people ask me whether a property is in a flood zone or not. One way you can find out for yourself for any address in Pinellas County is to go to a site set up specifically for this.

Just go there and enter the address you want to check. Look for the Primary Flood Zone - you want it to be X or X500 (or some version starting with X).
