New Way to See Listings and House/Condo Photos on Your Cell Phone

If you didn't notice it already, there is a graphic in the top right corner of my homepage about a way to search listings on your cell phone. This is a new app that works on most cell phones that allows you to get info directly from the local MLS about any residential property for sale.

After you download this app onto your phone you'll be able to search any city or neighborhood that is covered by our MLS, search by criteria like price range or number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and if you're cell phone has GPS then you can even bring up a map showing all the properties in the vicinity of where you are currently located that are for sale.

Once you find a property you want more information on you can bring up the listing with all the info from the MLS including the photos.

This can really come in handy if you are out in a car and see a house or condo with a for sale sign and you want to know more about it. Just open this new app, enter the address and if it is still listed in the MLS you'll be able to see the same information you could see if you were back at your computer.
